Deputy Head of Department
Department of Zoology
SE-106 91 Stockholm
I work in the ethology division of the Department of Zoology. My research spans over a fairly wide range, from basic evolutionary theory and modeling to experiments and field observations on animal behavior. Some of my research is in collaboration with my PhD students, another part is in collaboration with colleagues at the department and abroad. In addition, I also do some research "by myself". My current main research interest is the evolution of phenotypic variability and phenotype determination. I also keep up my interest in the evolution of cooperation and mutualism.
During the academic year 2009/10, I was a fellow at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin.
In case you are interested in my publications and recent manuscripts, I have a list, including some pdfs available for downloading.
